? <br />.?.. <br />"Payment Date" means the first day of each month com- <br />mencing October 1, 1983. <br />"Person" means an individual, firm, association, trust, <br />partnership, corporation or public body. <br />"Pledged Receipts" means (a) the Loan Payments, (b) all <br />other moneys received by the Issuer, pursuant to the Agree- <br />ment or in respect to the Loan, including but not limited to <br />proceeds of casualty and other insurance, condemnation <br />awards, proceeds resulting from damage to or destruction of <br />the Project and proceeds from the sale of the Project, (c) <br />the proceeds of the Project Bonds, including all moneys <br />deposited in the Construction Fund, (d) the income and <br />profit from the investment of such payments, monies and <br />proceeds and (e) all rents, profits and income from the <br />Project. <br />"Project" means collectively the Project Site, as <br />defined in the Agreement, and a steel-framed masonry-walled <br />supermarket building containing approximately 39,700 square <br />feet of floor spaee constructed thereon and including all <br />fixtures, furnishings, and equipment owned by the Company <br />and located on the Project Site. <br />"Project Bond" or "Project Bonds" means one or more of <br />Industrial Development Revenue Bond (Great Northern Asso- <br />ciates I. Ltd. Project) No. 1, Industrial Development Reve- <br />nue Bond (Great Northern Associates I, Ltd. Project) No. 2, <br />and Industrial Development Revenue Bond (Great Northern <br />Associates I, Ltd. Project) No. 3 of the Issuer in the respective principal amounts of $1,000,000, $750,000 and <br />$250,000, authorized to be issued pursuant to the terms and <br />conditions of this Bond Legislation. <br />"Project Purposes" means acquiring, constructing, <br />improving and equipping real and personal property compris- <br />ing a facility to be leased to the Tenant anc3 used by the <br />Tenant as a commercial grocery store. <br />"Project Site" means the real property described in <br />Exhibit B to the Agreement. <br />"State" means the State of Ohio. <br />"Title Company" means Chicago Title Insurance Corpora- <br />tion, Cleveland, Ohio, as custodian of the Construction <br />Fund. <br />Any reference herein to the Issuer, to the Legislative <br />Authority, or to any officers thereof, shall include any <br />5
