CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 83 -10 4 <br />? <br />BY1)94. AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CANCELLATION <br />? OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON CERTAIN PERMANENT PARCELS, AND <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, special assessments have been certified by the Finance Director of <br />the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County. <br />WHEREAS, the following persons have paid in full the future payments for <br />special assessments on certain parcels as set forth below: <br />PARCEL N0.
