?. <br />? <br />CITY OF NORTH OLPZSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 83-11 <br />BY : . ?? -k 66 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC <br />SERVICE TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR 1,400 GALLONS <br />OF HIGHWAY AND CROSSWALK PAINT FOR USE BY THE <br />SERVICE DEPARTMENT, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR <br />TO CONTRACT FOR SAME, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That the Director of Public Service be and he is hereby <br />authorized to advertise for bids for 1,400 gallons of paint, specifically <br />highway and crosswalk paint, according to the specifications now on file <br />in his office, and that upon approval by the Board of Control, the Mayor <br />is hereby authorized to enter into a contract and execute same on behalf <br />of the City of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this resolution shall take effect and be in force <br />from and after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: <br />ATTEST: <br />LORENCE E.
