? <br />CITY OF fJORTFI OLMSTED <br />ORDIfJANCE N0. 83 - 17 <br />// <br />P3Y: Ronald J. 6Jilamosk 401&11• <br />AfJ ORDIiVAfJCE APPROPRIATING OtJE HUfJDRED AND FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS <br />($105,000.00) FOR EfVGIfdEERIPdG TO IMPROVE WATER SERVICE IN VARIOUS <br />AREAS OF THE CITY, APdD DECLARING AN EnIERGENCY. <br />4JHEREAS, the Council and Administration of the City of North Olmsted <br />desires to ir?iprove the health, welfare and safety of the residents of the City <br />by improving the water service, and <br />WHEREAS, The City of IVorth Olmsted will apply for a loan from the Ohio <br />Water Development Authority to improve the water service in the City, <br />Pd06J, THEREFORE, SE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUfJCIL OF THE CITY OF fJORTN <br />GLMSTEU, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AfJD STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That Council hereby appropriates the sum of One Hundred Five <br />Thousand Dollars $105,000.00) for the engineering to improve water service in <br />various areas of the City. <br />SECTION 2: That the Clerk of Council shall immediately forward an <br />attested copy of the Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County. <br />SECTIOfJ 3: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety <br />and welfare, and for the further reason that it is immediately necessary to <br />coordinate the construction of this project, and further provided it receives the <br />affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall take <br />effect and be in force imrnediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: <br />ATTEST: <br />FLOREfJCE E.
