CITY OF NORTH OLT4STED ORDINANCE N0. 83 - 2 B Y : AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE AMENDA4ENT OF THE ZONE PnAP OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, WHTCH ZONE MAP IS PART OF THE ZONING CODE OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, BY CHANGING THE PREMISES HEREIN DESCRIBED FROM SINGLE RESIDENCE A DISTRICT TO LIN:ITED INDUSTRY-ITIDUSTRIAL PARK DISTRICT, AND REPEALING ORDINANCE N0. 82-103. WHEREAS, this Council previously adopted Ordinance No. 82-103 on December 7, 1982, and WHEREAS, there has been a question raised with respect to proper notice being given regarding the Public Hearing, and WHEREAS, even though under the law, the aforesaid Ordinance, as adopted, is presumed to be valid, and all steps taken in the passage of said Ordinance are presumed to have been done with regularity, and WHEREAS, if in fact, it were determined that there was irregularity in the passage of said Ordinance, that the below described real property would not be zoned properly for Single Residence A District under the present conditions and would not be the subject of a proper development and use under that category, and WHEREAS, after careful consideration, the Planning Commission on the llth of January , 1983, recommended approval of the chang? the istrict erein specified. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLA4STED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: SECTION 1: That after submission of this Ordinance to the Planning Commission of this City for its opinion and recommenda- tion, and after a Public Hearing hereon, notice of which has been given pursuant to Section 14 of Article IV of the Charter of the City, entitled "The Council - Enactment of Zoning Ordinances and Regulations, Notice", and after its passage pursuant to the Charter of this City and its approval by the Mayor of this City of North Olmsted, the Zone Map of North Olmsted is hereby amended and as amended be and the same is hereby revised by changing the zoning of the following described parcel of land from Single Residence A Jistrict to Limited Industry-Industrial Park District: Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga, and State of Ohio and being part of original Olmsted Township Lots #1 and #8, Tract 6 and further being all of Sublots 47 through 62, Sublots 95 through 103, Sublots 134 through 140, and parts of Sublots 63, 64, 94, 1043, 105 and 133 in Zehman-Wolf and Sherman Construction Company's North Olmsted Subdivision #2 as shown on plat recorded in Volume 171, Pages 16 and 17 of Cuyahoga County Map Records and being bounded and described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the Southerly line of Sherman Avenue (60 feet wide) and the VJesterly line of said Sublot No. 185;
