'0"', ? <br />? ?. <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 83-29 <br />BY. ? <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC <br />SERVICE TO ADVERTISE FOR 500 CUBIC YARDS OF <br />CONCRETE FOR SERVICE DEPARTMENT ROAD REPAIR <br />NEEDS, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO CONTRACT <br />FOR SAME, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That the Director of Public Service be and he is <br />hereby authorized to advertise for bids for 500 cubic yards of concrete <br />for Service Department road repair needs, according to the specifi- <br />cations now on file in his office, and that upon approval by the <br />Board of Control, the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into a <br />contract and execute same on behalf of the City of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be <br />an emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation bf <br />the public health, safety and welfare and for the further reason <br />that it is immediately necessary to provide for the City's concrete <br />requirements, and further provided it receives the affirmative vote <br />of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall take effect <br />and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the <br />Mayor. <br />PASSED: <br />ATTEST: <br />?• ? <br />CE E.
