.. - ,` <br />. :Y r <br />• CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINA'dCE N0. 83-31 <br />, PAGE TWO <br />(I) Full time employees who have completed nine full years of employment <br />are entitled to three weeks vacation; said vacation shall be taken <br />during the tenth year of employment. <br />(J) Full time employees who have completed ten full _years of employment <br />are entitled to four weeks vacation; said vacation shall be taken <br />during the eleventh year of emnloyment. <br />(K) Full time employees who have completed eleven full years of employment <br />are entitled to four weeks vacation; said vacation shall be taken <br />during the twelfth year of employment. <br />(L) Full time employees who have completed twelve full years of employment <br />are entitled to four weeks vacation; said vacation shall be taken <br />during the thirteenth year of employment. <br />(M) Full time employees who have completed thirteen full years of employment <br />are entitled to foux weeks vacation; said vacation shall be taken <br />during the fourteenth year of employment. <br />(N) Full time employees who have completed fourteen full years of emplo_yment <br />are entitled to four weeks vacation; said vacation shall be taken <br />during the fifteenth year of employment. <br />(0) Full time employees who have completed fifteen full years of employment <br />are entitled to four weeks vacation; said vacation shall be taken <br />during the sixteenth year of employment. <br />(P) Full time employees who have completed sixteen full years of employment <br />are entitled to four weeks vacation; said vacation shall be taken <br />during the seventeenth year of employment. <br />(Q) Full time employees who have completed seventeen full years of employment <br />are entitled to four weeks vacation; said vacation shall be taken <br />during the 94.6??14K year of employment. <br />(R) Full time employees who have completed eighteen full years of employment <br />are entitled to four weeks vacation; said vacation shall be taken <br />during the nineteenth year of employment. <br />(S) Full time employees who have completed nineteen full years of employment <br />are entitled to five weeks vacation; said vacation shall be taken <br />during and after the twentieth year of employment. <br />For purposes of twenty-four (24) hour platoon personnel on the Fire Department, <br />the following formula shall apply: <br />(AA) Full time employees who have completed one full year of employment <br />are entitled to five (5) duty days vacation; said vacation shall be <br />taken during the second year of emnloyment. <br />(BB) Full time employees who have completed two full years of employment <br />are entitled to five (5) duty days vacation; said vacation shall be <br />taken during the third year of employment. <br />(CC) Full time employees who have completed three full years of employment <br />are entitled to five (5) duty days vacation; said vacation shall be <br />taken during the fourth year of employment.
