<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 83- 36 <br />BY: YVONNE PETRIGAC <br />? ?„ I ? <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1195.01 OF TI-IE ZONING <br />CODE ENTITLED "HEIGHT REGULATIONS" OF TITLE FIFTEEN <br />ENTITLED "LIMITED INDUSTRY-INDUSTRIAL PARK DISTRICT". <br />WHEREAS, after careful consideration it is the opinion of <br />this Council that it would be more desirable to limit the height <br />of industrial buildings in the Limited Industry-Industrial Park <br />District from the present thirty-five feet to twenty-five feet. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />lq ? 3 <br />SECTION l: That Section 1195.01 entitled "Height Regulations" <br />of Title Fifteen of the Zoning Code entitled "Limited Industry- <br />Industrial Park District" which now reads: <br />1195.01 Height Regulations. <br />Permitted structures in Limited Industry-Industrial Park <br />District shall not exceed thirty-five feet (351) in height. However, <br />chimneys, domes, elevator,penthouses, towers, skylights, spires, <br />stacks, ventilators or other necessary appurtenant features usually <br />carried above roof lines, when erected upon and as an integral part <br />of a building, may be erected above the height limit provided such <br />appurtenances shall extend no higher than ten feet (101) above the <br />building. Radio or television antennae and other similar structures <br />may be permitted as a conditional accessory use upon approval of the <br />Planning Commission. <br />be and the same is amended and as amended shall read as follows: <br />1195.01 Height Resulations. <br />Permitted structures in Limited Industry-Industrial Park <br />District shall not exceed twenty-five feet (25') in height.
