CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 83- 42 <br />BY: <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZ'.P.VG THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO <br />AN AGREEMENT WITH HOTSTOVE BASEBALL LEAGUE AND <br />THE NORTH OLMSTED BOARD OF EDUCATION FOR THE <br />PURPOSE OF IMPROVING AND MAINTAINING THE SPRUCE <br />SCHOOL BASEBALL FIELD <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City to cooperate with <br />both the tIotStove Baseball League and the North Olmsted Board <br />of Education for the purpose of improving the Spruce School <br />Baseball Field, and <br />WHEREAS, to accomplish this it is necessary to enter into <br />an Agreement with the HotStove Baseball League and the North <br />Olmsted Board of Education. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That the Mayor be and he is <br />and directec to enter into an Agreement with <br />Olmsted Board of Education and the H.ot Stove <br />for the purpose of improving and maintaining <br />Baseball Field, which Agreements are attache <br />made a part hereof, and marked as Exhibits A <br />hereby authorized <br />both the North <br />Baseball League <br />the Spruce School <br />3 hereto and <br />and B. <br />SECTION 2: That this Resolution shall take effect and be <br />in force from and after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: <br />ATTEST: <br />Florence E.
