Tht pipc must bc of a tync approved by thc Commissioncr and Icft uncovcrcd in thc trcnch until ' it has bccn tesied and inspected by PURVGYOR at the expensc of PURVEYOR. The walcr shall not bc -turned on until the pipe has bccn inspccted and approved. MUNICIPALITY shall providc PURVGYOR , with a copy of each occupancy pennit or equivalenl documem issued by MUNICIPALITY within ten (10) ' days of issuance. ARTICI.E 16. MH;TM;ItS 16.01 Water meters and remote registers shall be instaUed on all service connections esiablished wi(hin thc territorial boundaries of MUNICIPALITY in such locations as ihe Coimnissioner shall determine. Water meters and remote registers shall be supplied by PURVEYOR and shall remain the property of PURVEYOR. The cost of the watcr meters and remote registcrs and the cost of their installation shall be paid for by the Direct Service Customer. 16.02 Meters shall be set in a vault within the dedicated right-of-way when required by the Commis- sioner. When vaults are required, they shall be furnished and installed by the Direct Service Customer and approved by the Commissioner, all in strict conformity with the rules and regulations ol' the Division of Water. 9
