I <br />AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NOS. 82-103, AND <br />82-104 PREVIOUSLY ADOPTED. <br />WHEREAS, the official Charter of the City of North Olmsted, <br />Article IV, Section 14, sets specific requirements which must be <br />met when consideration is being given to changing a zoning area <br />or district classification, and <br />WHEREAS, it has been brought to this Council's attention <br />that Article IV, Section 14, of the official Charter of the City <br />of North Olmsted was not met with respect to Ordinance No. 82-103 <br />and 82-104, and <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Council of the City of <br />North Olmsted that notice of the time and place of public hearings <br />be given by first class mail, ten (10) days before such public <br />hearing, to the record title holders of the property within five <br />hundred (500) feet of the area, zone or district proposed to be <br />changed. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That Ordinance Nos. 82-103 and 82-104 are <br />hereby repeale . <br />SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in <br />force from an after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: <br />ATTEST: <br />FLORENCE E.
