Reimbursable Expenses, such as travel outside Cuyahoga County, <br />special consultants, printing, except that set forth in Basic <br />Services, etc., shall be in addition to the Basic Fee and <br />Additional Servfces, and shall be paid at actual cost. Computer <br />time in connection with Additional Services shall also be paid <br />as an additional cost item at current commercial rates. <br />5. Payments will be made monthly within thirty (30) days of the <br />dated invoice in proportion to Basic Services performed, in pro- <br />portion to Special Services performed, as services are provided <br />for Additional Services, and as Reimbursable Expenses are <br />incurred. " <br />6. The City may withhold 10 percent of all fees due Dalton• <br />Dalton•Newport. The City shall pay all such retainers for <br />Basic Services or Special Services within thirty (30) days of <br />completion of said Basic Services or Special Services unless <br />such services are rejected for good cause. <br />GENERAL PROVISION <br />Dalton•Dalton•Newport's compensation for Basic Services, as <br />stated in this Proposal, is contingent on the City of North Olmsted <br />being the sole governing agent for this Project. <br />To serve as our agreement, you may sign and return the enclosed copy <br />of this letter to the attention of Mr. Lamont Curtis of our office. <br />This document shall represent our total agreement and supersedes any <br />prior representations. Any amendment shall be in writing and signed <br />by both parties.
