CiTY OF iJORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 83 - 6 <br />BY 2&. <br />W <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING FOR DEDICATION <br />THE VJESTMARK DEVELOPMENT COMPAPdY <br />SUBDIVISION N0. l, WHICH INCLUDES <br />WOODSIDE DRIVE AND DEEPWOODS WAY, IN <br />THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED. <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer has reported to the Council that <br />all of the improvernents shown on the improvement plans for Woodside <br />Drive and Deepwoods Way, previously approved by this Council, have <br />been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications shown <br />thereon. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUiJTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTIOfV 1: That this Council does hereby accept for dedication <br />the following streets or portions of streets designated herein: <br />Woodside Drive, 445.00 feet centerline distance from its <br />northerly intersection with Gessner Road to a southerly point. <br />Woodside Drive, 683.39 feet centerline distance from its <br />westerly intersection with Walter Road to an easterly point. <br />Deepwoods Way, 1,083.68 feet centerline distance from its <br />easterly intersection with Woodside Drive to its southerly <br />intersection with Woodside Drive. <br />SECTION 2: That this ordinance shall take effect and be in <br />force from and after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: <br />ATTEST: <br />pa?-aof'? e . 04!!2?M-4-% ?
