? <br />. <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 83-62 <br />PAGE 2. <br />? <br />? <br />Section 2: All fu1l--time employees lisfied in Section l thereof, <br />having completed five (5) years of full -time continuous service as an <br />employee of the Parks and Recreation Deparfiment, sha11 be entitled to an <br />additional four percent (4%) of tfieir base annual salary; thereafter until <br />completion of tenth (10) year of full-time continuous service, after which <br />such employees shall receive five percent (5%) of their base annual salary; <br />thereaf ter unfiil the complefiion of tTieir f if teenth (15) year of full-time <br />continuous service, such employee sha11 receive six percent (6%) of their <br />base annual salary until completion of the twentieth (20) year of full-time <br />continuous service and durzng each year o,f fu11-time service thereafter they <br />shall receive seven percent (7l) of their base annual salary as longevity <br />increments. <br />Sect.ion 3: That all ,full-tiine employees as designated in Section 1 <br />hexeo.f shall receive the ,following fiol3days off unless requested to work by <br />the Parks and Recreation Direcfior: 2ndependence bay, Christlnas Day, New <br />Xear's Day, Labor Day, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving Day, President's Day, employee's <br />birthday and a floating holiday. Tn the event of any full-time employee working <br />a holiday, they will l5e g3ven another day during the calendar year to replace <br />said holiday worked. <br />Section 4: That all full-time employees as listed in Section 1 <br />thereof shall be enfiitled to an annual vacation in accordance with City <br />Ordinance #83-31. <br />Section 5: That Ordinance No. 82-45 and any other Ordinances or <br />parts of Ordinances in conflict herewitIi are hereby replaced. <br />Secti,on 6: That this ordinanee is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and <br />welfare and for tfie further reason that it is immediately necessary to affix <br />the compensation for the Parks and Reereat3on Department and further provided <br />it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of a11 members of Council, <br />it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval <br />of the Mayor. <br />PAS'SED ; <br />ATTEST; <br />FLORENCE CAMPBEZZ, CLERK F COUNCTL AMES' D BOETMER PRESTDENT <br />c-?--?- <br />ROBERT W.
