? <br />? <br />401%kl <br />,%Now <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 83-7 <br />B Y : <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF <br />PUBLIC SERVICE TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR <br />50,000 GALLONS OF SODIUM ALUMINATE FOR USE <br />BY THE NORTH OLMSTED WASTEWATER TREATMENT <br />FACILITIES PLANT. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That the Director of Public Service be and <br />he is hereby authorized to advertise for bids for 50,000 gallons <br />of Sodium Aluminate for use by the North Olmsted Wastewater Treatment <br />Facilities Plant, according to the specifications now on file in his <br />office, and that upon approval by the Board of Control, the Mayor is <br />hereby authorized to enter into a contract and execute same on behalf <br />of the City of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this Resolution shall take effect and <br />be in force from and after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED : / T <br />ATTEST: <br />L RENCE E.
