CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO <br />QRDINANCE N0. 83-80 <br />B Y : <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF THE <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED TO FILE A RENELNAL <br />APPLICATION AND ENTER INTQ AN AGREEMENT <br />WITH THE OHIO DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION <br />FOR THE PURPOSE OF PARTICIPATING IN <br />FEDERAL SURPLUS PROPERTY PROGRAM. <br />WHEREAS, by virtue of Ordinance No. 77-187, this Council <br />authorized the Mayor at that time to file an application and <br />enter into an agreement with the Ohio Department of Education <br />for the purpose of participating in federal surplus property <br />program, and <br />WHEREAS, the terms of the agreement require renewal of <br />said agreement, and <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to renew said <br />agreement in the event that there is any surplus property <br />which is being sold by the Department of Education which can <br />be used in the City of North Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Mayor be and he is hereby authorized <br />to ma?ce a renewal application through the State of Ohio, <br />Department of Education for participation in the federal <br />surplus property program, and upon acceptance of the application, <br />he is authorized to enter into an agreement with respect tb <br />said program, a copy of which agreement is attached hereto and <br />made a part hereof as though fully rewritten herein and marked <br />Exhibit A. <br />SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in <br />forcefrom anT-after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />I'ASSED : <br />??- <br />ATTEST: <br />? ?. ? <br />L RENCE E.
