« <br />CITY OF NORTH OLA4STED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 83- 91 <br />PAGE Z. <br />A. The Division of Aging shall be administered by a <br />coordinator who shall be responsible for supervising and coor- <br />dinating all activities dealing with or relating to the social <br />aspects of aging. He shall likewise perform such other duties <br />consistent with his office and as may be required by ordinance <br />of Council or as directed by the Director. <br />B. The Division of Youth Development sha11 be administered <br />by a coordinator who shall be responsible for the supervising and <br />coordinating of all activities dealing with or relating to the <br />aspects of intervention and diversion of troubled youth. He <br />shall likewise perform such other duties consistent with his <br />office and as may be rec{uired by ordinance of Council or as <br />directed by the Director. <br />SECTION 2: That if such amendment is approved by a <br />majority of tFe electors voting thereon at such election, it <br />shall become effective from and after the time of its approval <br />by the electors. <br />SECTION 3: That the Clerk of Council is hereby authorized <br />and directe?t-o cause a copy of the proposed Charter amendment <br />to be published in such manner as may be authorized by law. <br />SECTION 4: That the Clerk of this Council be and she is <br />hereby aut orized and directed to forward a certified copy of <br />this Ordinance to the Board of Elections of Cuyahoga County. <br />SECTION 5: That the Board of Elections is hereby requested <br />to cause appropriate notice of such election to be duly given in <br />accordance with law. <br />SECTION 6: That this Ordinance is hereby determined to <br />be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation <br />of the public peace, property, health and safety of the City and <br />for the further reason that this Ordinance must be immediately <br />effective in order to permit necessary arrangements to be made <br />in sufficient time for said election; wherefore, this Ordinance <br />shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage. <br />PASSED: <br />ATTEST: <br />FLORENCE CAMPBELL., CLE K OF U CIL JM-E D.
