'?+?' .,.,..: <br />4% after employee completes 5 years <br />5% after employee completes 10 years <br />6% after employee completes 15 years <br />7% after employee completes 20 years <br />In computing length of service for the purpose of making <br />payments of lonqevity increments as hereinabove set forth, no <br />credit shall be given for part-time service, but such <br />limitation is the only exclusion for the purpose of computing <br />longevity increments, and the exclusion for part-time service <br />shall not deprive any employee of any other benefits which may <br />be due them for part-time service as employees of the safety <br />department. <br />ARTICLE VIII <br />HOLIDAYS <br />All full-time sworn employees of the North Olmsted <br />Police Department shall be entitled to certain holidays during <br />the year and shall not be required to work on these holidays, <br />unless scheduled to work by the Chief of Police. In the event <br />the employee either works or was not scheduled to work for <br />reasons other than holiday leave on one of the following <br />holidays, then the employee shall receive another day off from <br />work to replace the holiday he worked or was not required to <br />work for reasons other than holiday leave. The scheduled <br />holidays are as follows: <br />New Year's Day <br />President's Day <br />Good Friday <br />Memorial Day <br />-7-
