<br />A G R E E M E N T <br />This Agreement is made between the City of North <br />Olmsted (hereinafter referred to as the "City"), and Western <br />Cuyahoga Lodge No. 25 Fraternal Order of Police, North Olmsted <br />Division (hereinafter referred to as the "F.O.P."). <br />The purpose of this Agreement is to provide a fair and <br />reasonable method of enabling employees covered by this <br />Agreement to participate, through representation, in the <br />establishment of terms and conditions of their employment; and <br />to establish a peaceful procedure for the resolution of <br />differences between the parties. <br />nQTTri P T <br />RECOGNITION <br />The Administration recognizes the F.O.P. as the sole <br />and exclusive bargaining representative for all full-time <br />Police Officers in the City of North Olmsted comprised of the <br />following two bargaining units (i) Patrolmen and (ii) Sergeants <br />through Captain, inclusive, and exclusive of Chief of Police, <br />for the purpose of collective bargaining with respect to rates <br />of pay, wages, hours of work and conditions of employment. It <br />is further understood by the parties that wages, total <br />complement of personnel, and certain other economic provisions <br />are subject to enactment of an appropriate Ordinance by the <br />North Olmsted City Council pursuant to the City Charter. <br />ARTICI.E II <br />NON-DISCRIMINATION <br />1.
