' • i <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 84- 124 <br />PAGE 2 <br />will remain in the City, a cornplete list of all traveling <br />public show or carnival employees, their home addresses, next <br />of kin, and such further information as the Safety Director <br />may require, and recent areas where the traveling public show <br />or carnival has operated and a list of the next three places <br />of operation the traveling public show or carnival will be <br />making after leaving the City of North Olmsted. <br />B: Shall deposit to protect the City of North Olmsted from <br />any and all law suits filed against it, a policy or policies <br />of liability or indemnity insurance issued by a company <br />licensed to do business within the State of Ohio, recognizing <br />the City of North Olmsted as an additional insured, in a <br />total amount of not less than $100,000/$300.000.00 for any <br />personal injury and $100,000.00 property damage caused as a <br />result or consequence of the traveling public show or <br />carnival having appeared within the City of North Olmsted. <br />C: The sponsoring organization shall arrange for traveling <br />public show or carnival employees to have living quarters <br />outside of any public park area or other public places, so <br />that the Safety Director can be assured that no traveling <br />public show or carnival employee will be living in trailers <br />or any other type of living quarters within the traveling <br />public show or carnival area, public parks, or any other <br />public places, except that employees who are responsible for <br />the safety and/or security of equipment or the grounds may <br />utilize on-premise camper living quarters, upon securing the <br />prior written approval of the Safety Director. In addition, <br />no pets belonging to employees of the traveling public show <br />or carnival will be permitted within the public areas, except <br />such animals as might be an intergral part of the traveling <br />public show or carnival. <br />Section 702.03 - Refund of Deposit Monies. <br />When such traveling public show or carnival has completed its <br />performances and is about to depart from the City of North <br />Olmsted, the Safety Director shall ascertain all costs <br />incurred by the city as a result of the traveling public show <br />or carnival appearing within the City of North Olmsted and <br />shall so advise the Finance Director of the costs so <br />incurred, who shall then deduct from the aforesaid $500.00 <br />deposit the costs so incurred, and who shall then refund to <br />the person who made the original deposit, the balance of the <br />deposit remaining. <br />Section 702.04 - Intoxicating Liquor on Premises. <br />No intoxicating liquor shall be sold on the premises rented <br />or used as herein mentioned unless such premises hold <br />proper permits from the Qhio State Liquor Control Board to <br />dispense intoxicants. The owner of any premises rented or <br />used as specified in this Chapter shall not allow the use or <br />consumption of intoxicants or alcoholic beverages on such <br />premises by persons under the minimum age establised by state <br />law. Notwithstanding the foregoing, no alcoholic beverages <br />shall be sold and/or consumed by any person upon city-owned <br />property.
