+?. <br />s . <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 84 - 122 <br />BY: Playor Swietvniowski <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE EXTENSI0'iQ OF SANITARi SEWER <br />SERVICES TO APPROXIMATELY FORTY-FIVE' (45) A.CRES OF LAND <br />SOUTH OF COOK ROAD CONSISTI•NG OF APPROXIMATELY TG10 HUNDRED <br />FORTY (240) RESIDENTTAL i.0'TS LOCATED IN OLMSTED TOti,iNSHIP. <br />WHEREAS, the City of North Olmsted, in accordance with the <br />terms of the contract between the City and the Cuyahoga Board of <br />County Commissioners, has furnished sewer services to areas of <br />Olmsted Township, and <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Cuyahoga Board of County <br />Commissioners to provide said development with sanitary sewer <br />services, and <br />WHEREAS, the contract between the City of North Olmsted <br />and the Cuyahoga Board of County Commissioners does not govern <br />areas outside the original service area such as said development, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the City has the present capability of providing <br />sanitary sewer services to said development. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the sanitary sewerage facilities to be <br />constructed as part of the development as described in Exhibit "A" <br />be allowed to be connected to the North Olmsted sewer system, and <br />sewage from this development shall be transported to and treated <br />at the North Olmsted Wastewater Treatment Plant subsequent to the <br />approval of the Cuyahoga County Sanitary Engineer's Office and the <br />approval of the North Olmsted City Engineer. <br />SECTION 2: That all services provided, and all maintenance <br />responsibilities, and all charges and fees collected shall be in <br />accordance with the provisions of the current Service Agreement <br />between the Cuyahoga Board of County Commissioners and the City of <br />North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 3: That this ordinance shall take effect and be in <br />force from and after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PAS S ED : ? a, /??S <br />ATTEST: <br />Florence E.
