Wilamosk AN ORDINANCE TO MAKE APPROPRIATIONS FOR CURRENT EXPENSES AND OTHER EXPENDITURES FOR THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO, FOR THE YEAR ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1984, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. WHFREAS, the City has received i.n the General Fund an additional Two Hundred Thirty Three Thousand Six Hundred Forty One Dollars ($233,641) from Income and Estate Taxes, and WHEREAS, the City has received in the State Highway Fund an additional Twelve Thousand Eig,ht Hundred Thirty One Dollars and Sixty Five Cents ($12,831.65) from Gasoline and Vehicle License Taxes, and WHEREAS, the City has received in the Street Maintenance Fund an additional One Hundred Three Thousand Two Hundred Twelve Dollars and Five Cents ($103,212.05) from Gasoline and Vehicle License Taxes, and WHEREAS, the City has received in the General Obligation Bond Retirement Fund an additional Four Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($4,500) from interes earnings, and WEIEREAS, the City has received in the Step III Fund an additional Twelve Million Seven Hundred Eight Nine Thousand One Hundered Twenty Eight Dollars ($12,789,128) from Notes, Interest and E.P.A. reimbursement. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNT'Y OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: SECTION l: That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby authorized and directed to make appropriations as follows: GENERAL FUND Administration Finance Banking Operations $ 1,300.00 City Insurance 20,000.00 Hospitalization 184,000.00 Police Denartment Auxiliary Police $ 1,600.00 Dispatchers 1,550.00 Computer Services 100.00 Gas & Oil 6,000.00 Service Department Street Repair Material $ 5,000.00 Salt 14,091,00 TOTAL GENERAL FUND $233,641.00 STATE HIGHWAY FUND Salt $ 12,831.00 TOTAL STATE HIGHWAY FUND $ 12,831.00
