<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDTNANCE NO, 84- 110 elAl <br />BY: T1rs. Petrigac AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE TRAFFIC CONTROL MAP <br />AND FzLE QF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED TO ESTABLISH <br />NO STOPPING OR PARKING ZONES ON THE FIRE HYDRANT <br />SIDE OF DOGWOOD TRAIL, LINWOOD CIRCLE, AND FORESTWOOD <br />PARKWAY. <br />WHEREAS, this Council has been advised that there is <br />currently a problem with individuals parking their motor <br />vehicles or stopping for periods of time on the fire hydrant <br />side of Dogwood Trail, Linwood Circle, and Forestwood <br />Parkway; and <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to prohibit <br />parking or stopping on the fire hydrant side of Dogwood Trail, <br />Linwood Circle, and Forestwood Parkway; and <br />WHEREAS, Chapter 305 of the Traffic Code provid-es for the <br />maintenance of the Traffic Control Map which said map can be <br />amended only by Ordinance. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Police Department be and they are <br />hereby authorized and directed to amend the Traffic Control Map <br />and File of the City of North Olmsted to indicate thereon an area <br />of no parking or stopping on the fire hydrant side of Dogwood <br />Trail, Linwood Circle, and Forestwood Parkway. <br />SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in <br />force from and after the earliest period allowed by law and the <br />Charter of this City. <br />PASSED: <br />ATTEST: <br />FLORENCE E.
