<br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE TRAFFIC CONTROL
<br />MAP AND FILE OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED
<br />TO ESTABLISH NO STOPPING OR PARKING ZONES
<br />ON THE FIRE HYDRANT SIDES OF HAMPTON DRIVE,
<br />DEVON DRIVE, BERKSHIRE DRIVE, TUDOR DRTVE,
<br />ALDEN DRZVE, DOUGLAS DRIVE, EVERGREEN DRIVE,
<br />AND WILLET DRIVE.
<br />WHEREAS, this Council has been advised that there is
<br />currently a problem with individuals parking their motor
<br />vehicles or stopping for periods of time on the fire hydrant
<br />side of Hampton Drive, Devon Drive, Berkshire Drive, Tudor
<br />Drive, Alden Drive, Douglas Drive, Evergreen Drive, and
<br />Willet Driveq and
<br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to prohibit
<br />parking or stopping on the fire hydrant side of Hampton Drive,
<br />Devon Drive, Berkshire Drive, Tudor Drive, Alden Drive, Douglas
<br />Drive, Evergreen Drive, and Willet Drive; and
<br />WHEREAS, Chapter 305 of the Traffic Code provides for the
<br />maintenance of the Traffic Control Map which said map can be
<br />amended only by Ordinance.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTX OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO:
<br />SECTION l: That the Police Department be and they are
<br />hereby authorized and directed to amend the Traffic Control Map
<br />and File of the City of North Olmsted to indicate thereon an
<br />area of no parking or stopping on the fire hydrant side of
<br />Hampton Drive, Devon Drive, Berkshire Drive, Tudor Drive,
<br />Alden Drive, Douglas Drive, Evergreen Drive, and Willet Drive.
<br />SECTION 2:
<br />That the Mayor be and is hereby authorized and
<br />directed to cause no parking or stopping signs placed on the
<br />fire hydrant sides of Hampton Drive, Devon Drive, Berkshire
<br />Drive, Tudor Drive, Alden Drive, Douglas Drive, Evergreen Drive,
<br />and Willet Drive.
<br />SECTION 3:

<br />That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in
<br />after the earliest period allowed by law and the
<br />City.
