.-. <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 84 - 107 <br />BY : 1KR. ?dILAMOSKY <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZINU AND DIRECTING THE <br />MAYOR TO MAKE APPLICATION TO THE CUYAHOGA <br />COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS FOR APPROVAL TO <br />USE CUYAHOGA COUNTY MOTOR VEHICLE $5.00 <br />LICENSE TAX FUNDS FOR REIMBURSEMENT OF <br />INELIGIBLE COSTS TO THE STATE OF OHIO FOR THE <br />COMPLETED CONSTRUCTION OF THE BUTTERNUT RIDGE <br />ROAD BRIDGE OVER INTERSTATE ROUTE - 480, AND <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: The Mayor be and he is hereby authorized and <br />directed to make application to the Cuyahoga County Board of <br />Commissioners for approval to use Cuyahoga County Motor Vehicle <br />$5.00 License Tax Funds for reimbursement of ineligible costs to <br />the State of Ohio for the completed construction of the Butternut <br />Ridge Road Bridge over Interstate Route - 480. <br />SECTION 2: The Clerk of Council be and she is hereby <br />directed to transmit copies of the application together with a <br />certified copy of this resolution to the Cuyahoga County Board of <br />Commissioners and to the Cuyahoga County Engineer. <br />SECTION 3: This Resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary to protect the public health, safety <br />and welfare and for the further reason that said funds are <br />necessary to expedite the reimbursement for the Butternut Ridge <br />Road project, and shall take effect and be in force immediately <br />upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor, otherwise from and <br />after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: Pd2?,cem-i4, t,/ z?l.? <br />ATTEST: <br />?. ? <br />FLORENCE E.
