<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 84 -106 <br />BY: Mayor Robert Swietyniowski <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER <br />INTO A CONTRACT WITH THE CUYAHOGA COUNTY <br />GENERAL HEALTH DISTRICT FOR THE YEAR 1985, AND <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, the City of North Olmsted, under O.R.C. §3709.08 is <br />a member of the General Health District of Cuyahoga County; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of North Olmsted must enter into a <br />contract for the year 1985 for health services to be performed by <br />the Cuyahoga County General Health District. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That the Mayor be and he is hereby authorized to <br />enter into a contract, a copy of which is attached hereto and <br />marked Exhibit "A", with the Cuyahoga County General Health <br />District to provide health services to the City of North Olmsted <br />from January 1, 1985 through December 31, 1985. <br />SECTION 2; That a copy of this Resolution shall be <br />forwarded to the Director of Finance for authority to pay semi- <br />annual payments under the provisions of this contract. <br />SECTION 3: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of <br />the public health, safety and welfare, and for the further reason <br />that it is immediately necessary for the continuity of health <br />services to the residents of this City, and further provided it <br />receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members <br />elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force <br />immediately upon its passage and approval by the Hiayor. <br />PASSED: _?? <br />ATTEST: <br />Al'gl? - 2??'ah <br />ORENCE E.
