'x? <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 84 - 1 <br />BY: Mr. Ronald Wilamosky <br />AN ORDINANCE TO MAKE APPROPRIATIONS FOR CURRENT EXPENSES AND <br />OTHER EXPENDITURES FOR THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED FOR THE YEAR <br />ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1984. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That to provide for current expenses and other expenditures of <br />said City of North Olmsted during the year ending December 31, 1984, the following <br />sums be and they are hereby set aside and appropriated as follows: <br />GENERAL FUND: <br />Council <br />Clerk $14,815.00 <br />Fire Department <br />Aerial Truck Repair 9,610.00 <br />$24,425.00 <br />SECTION 2: That the Clerk of Council shall immediately forward an attested <br />copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County. <br />SECTION 3: That the Finance Director is hereby authorized to draw his warrants <br />on the City Treasury for payments from any of the aforegoing appropriations upon re- <br />ceiving proper certificates and vouchers therefor, approved by the Board of Officers <br />authorized by law to approve same, or an Ordinance or Resolution of Council to make <br />the Expenditures; provided that no warrants shall be drawn or paid for salaries or wages <br />except to persons employed by authority of and in accordance with law or ordinance. <br />Provided further that the appropriations for contingencies can only be expended upon <br />approval of two-thirds vote of Council for items of expense constituting a legal obli- <br />gation against the City and for purposes other than those covered by the other specific <br />appropriations herein made. <br />SECTION 4: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force at the earliest <br />date permitted by Article IV, Section 12, of the Charter of the City of North Olmsted. <br />PASSED: <br />ATTEST: <br />? <br />LORENCE E.
