CITY OF NORTH OLMSIEP <br />ORDINANCE N0. 84 - 15 <br />BY: RONALD J. taILAYOSKY <br />AN ORDINANCE INCREASING THE ADMINISTRATIVE PETTY CASH FUND <br />FROM FIFTY DOLLARS ($50.00) TO ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS <br />($150.00). <br />WHEREAS, because of the economic conditions, a Fifty Dollar ($50.00) cash <br />fund reserve is no longer sufficient for efficient operations,and <br />WHEREAS, 4-t is the desire of this Council to increase the petty cash fund <br />fron Fifty Dollars ($50.00) to One Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($150.00). <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Administrative petty cash fund be and the same is hereby <br />increased from Fifty Dollars ($50.00) to One Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($150.00). <br />SECTION 2: That the Director of Finance is hereby directed and authorized <br />to increase the administrative petty cash fund from Fifty Dollars ($50.00) to <br />One Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($150.00). <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and <br />after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: 3 ? <br />ATTEST: <br />6• ? <br />FLORENCE CAMPBELL, C RK OF COUNCIL <br />APPROVED : ?13 / ? 3( <br />/?..- <br />Swietyniowski, <br />First Reading: •? 6 /? <br />Second Reading: <br />Third Reading:?3 f <br />A, D.
