CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />BY: ? <br />ORDINANCE N0. 84 - 28 <br />AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERING FUNDS FOR CURREPdT EXPENSES AND OTHER <br />EXPENDITURES FOR THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO, FOR THE YEAR <br />ENDING DECE14BER 31, 1984. <br />WI?EREAS, It being agreed and understood by the council of the City of <br />North Olmsted, that the monies transfered to the Capital Improvement Fund be <br />reimbursed from the proceeds of Bond Anticipation notes issued to nay the <br />cost of the improvement or from monies provided by assessment, in accordance <br />with its agreement in its position dated , 1984. <br />NOW, THEREFGRE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Director of Finance be and is hereby authorized and <br />directed to transfer funds as follows: <br />FROM <br />TO <br />CASUALTY LOSS FUND $52,000.00 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND $52,000.00 <br />SECTION 2: That the Clerk of Council shall immediately forward an attested <br />copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County. <br />SECTION 3: That the Finance Director is hereby authorized to draw his warrants <br />on the City Treasury for payments from any of the aforegoing funds upon receiving <br />proper certificates and vouchers therefor, approved by the Board of Officers <br />authorized by law to approve same, or an Ordinance or Resolution of Council to make <br />the Lxpenditures; provided that no warrants shall be drawn or paid for salaries or <br />wages except to persons employed by authority of and in accordance with law or <br />ordinance. Provided further that the funds for contingencies can only be expended <br />upon approval of two-thirds vote of Council for items of expense constituting a legal <br />obligation against the City and for purposes other than those covered by the other <br />specific funds herein made. <br />SECTION 4: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force at the earliest <br />date permitted by Article IV.
