?- <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED - <br />RESOLUTION NO. 84-30 <br />By: <br />A RESQLUTION ASSURING THE APPROVAL OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED IN CONNECTION WITH THE INDUSTRIAL PRETREATMENT <br />PROGRAM COSTS AS OUTLINED IN APPENDIX C, SECTION C.B, ADMINI- <br />STRATIVE AND ANNUAL PROGRAM COSTS, OF THE PRETREATMENT PROGRAM <br />DOCUMENTS, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO FILE THE CITY'S INDiJSTRI- <br />AL PRETREATMENT PROGRAM WITH THE OEiIO ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION <br />AGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, the NPDES Permit issued by the State of Ohio f_or the <br />City of North Olmsted requires that an Industrial Pretreatment Pro- <br />gram be developed in accordance with Federal Regulations contained <br />in 40 CFR Part 403; and <br />WHEREAS, the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency has set the <br />deadline of April 30, 1984 for submission of the Final Program <br />Application for the North Olmsted Industrial Pretreatment Program; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency requires that <br />the Pretreatment Program budget costs, approved by the City, accompa- <br />ny the Final Program Application; and <br />WHEREAS, Council desires to authorize Mayor Robert W. <br />Stiaietyniowski, as the Project Officer and Official Representative of <br />the City of North Olmsted, to submit to the Ohio Environmental Pro- <br />tection Agency on or before April 30, 1984, the Final Program Appli- <br />cation for the North Olmsted Industrial Pretreatment Program. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, Be It Resolved by the Council of the City of <br />North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That this Council hereby approves the program costs <br />for the Industrial Pretreatment Program as outlined in Appendix C, <br />Section C.B, Administrative and Annual Program Costs, of the Pre- <br />treatment Program Documents. <br />Section 2: That this Council authorizes the Mayor to submit the <br />Final Program Application, including the approved Pretreatment Pro- <br />gram budget costs, to the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency on or <br />before April 30, 1984. <br />Section 3: This Resolution shall take affect and be in force <br />from and after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED:_Z <br />ATTEST: <br />Z. 9 ? ? 13 <br />e:w'? .'u 0--L? - <br />ACE ?
