The Recreation Director shall also <br />establish spectator admission charges, set prices on merchandise and <br />other services offered for sale. The Recreation Director may pay to <br />a sponsoring organization not more than 50% of the spectator admission <br />charges derived from their event. The Director may charge the North <br />Olmsted Varsity Hockey Team the current ice rate from Varsity gate <br />receipts and 50% of the remaining balance. In the event the gate <br />receipts are less than the current ice rate, the Varsity Hockey Team <br />will be billed for the full current rate. <br />SECTION 9: Fees for other programs currently operated by the <br />Recreation Department shall be: <br />Tee-Ball <br />Boys Softball <br />Girls Ponytail Softball <br />Summer Out.door Tennis Program <br />Summer Handicap Program <br />Win.ter Handicap Program <br />Women's Recreation <br />Sth & 6th Grade Football <br />5th & 6th Grade Basketball <br />Central Playgroun.d <br />Private Park Facility Permit <br />(with Main.tenance) <br />$10.00 <br />$10.00 <br />$10.00 <br />$ 8.00 - $30.00/Session <br />$10.00 <br />$12.00 <br />$12.00/Session <br />$15.00 <br />$10.00 <br />$ 8.00 <br />$ 5.00 <br />$10.00 <br />An,y non-resident wishing to participate in any of the above <br />programs shall be charged an additional $10.00 per activity. <br />SECTION 10: New programs, rates an.d fees, as they are initiated <br />by the Recreation Director shall be established with approval of the <br />Recreation Commission. <br />SECTION 11: All fees within this Ordinance shall become <br />effective September 4, 1984, <br />SECTION 12: That Ordinance 82-95, adopted by the Council of the <br />City of North Olmsted be an.d the same is hereby repealed, and any <br />other Ordinances or Resolutions or parts of Ordinances or Resolutions <br />in conflict herewith, be and the same are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 13: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the <br />public health, safety and welfare and for the further reason that it <br />is immediately necessary to adjust various fees in light of present <br />operating expenses, and further provided it receives the affirmative <br />vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall take <br />effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by <br />the Mayor. <br />PASSED: 36,. ?9gc,/ <br />ATTEST: <br />f a? ? <br />FLORENCE CAA'IPBELL, CLERK ff?
