CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />BY: Ronald Wilamosky <br />ORDINANCE NO. 84-63 <br />AN ORDINANCE TO TRANSFER APPROPRIATIONS FOR CURRENT <br />EXPENSES AND OTHER EXPENDITURES FOR THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED, OHIO, FOR THE YEAR ENDING DECEb1BER 31, 1984, <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />N047, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OL19STED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby authorized <br />and directed to transfer appropriations as follows: <br />FROrz <br />General Fund <br />TO <br />General Fund <br />Police Equipment Purchase Police - Care of Prisoners <br />Police Vehicles $5,049.30 $5,049.30 <br />Recreation Fund Recreation Fund <br />Wages-Program $6,000.00 Program Supplies $2,000.00 <br />Operating Supplies $1,500.00 <br />Equipment R & M $2,500.00 <br />Total $6,000.00 <br />SECTION 2: That the Director of Finance is hereby authorized to draw <br />his warrants on the City Treasury for payments from the foregoing appropri- <br />ations upon receiving proper certificate anc3 vouchers therefore, approved <br />by the Board of Officers authorized by Law to approve. <br />SECTION 3:, That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to forward <br />copies of this Ordinance to J. Timothy McCormack, Cuyahoga County Auditor. <br />SECTION 4: That this Ordinance is declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety, <br />and continuity of services, and further provided it receives the affirmative <br />vote of two-thirds of all members of Council, it shall take effect and be <br />in force immediately upon its passage and approval of the Mayor. <br />PASSED: 30 <br />ATTEST: <br />. ? ?!. . uJ <br />Florence E.
