4. <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 84 - 83 <br />$y; MR. ialLAMOSKY <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE COMPENSATION <br />TO BE PAID TO ADMINISTRATIVE AND SUPERVISORY <br />PERSONNEL EMPLOYED BY THE NORTH OLMSTED <br />MUNICIPAL BUS LINE, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to establish <br />a compensation schedule for all salaried personnel employed by <br />the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO. <br />SECTION 1: That effective August 1, 1984, the compen- <br />sation to be paid to the salaried personnel of the North Olmsted <br />Municipal Bus Line shall be as follows: <br />A. Administrative Personnel: <br />Salary Range <br />General Manager $23,700 to $36,500 <br />Supervisor of Operations $22,500 to $34,700 <br />Supervisor of Maintenance $22,500 to $34,700 <br />Assistant Supervisor of <br />Maintenance $21,100 to $32,500 <br />Operations Administrator $16,700 to $25,700 <br />Secretary $10,900 to $191000 <br />Zone Supervisor $217100 to $32,500 <br />SECTION 2: That this ordinance hereby repeals ordinance <br />No. 83-45 and all ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent <br />herewith. <br />SECTION 3: That this ordinance is hereby declared to be <br />an emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of <br />the public health, safety and welfare, and for further reason that <br />it is necessary to provide for the continuity of service of the <br />North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line, and further provided it receives <br />the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, <br />it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and <br />approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: 0'f? <br />ATTEST: <br />F ORENCE E.
