, ,? . ?. ... <br /> <br /> <br />? <br />? <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 84-91 <br />BY: ? <br />AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A NEW AND REVISED <br />CHAPTER 915 OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES <br />ENTITLED "USER CHARGE SYSTEM" AND <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY <br />WHEREAS, the City of North Olmsted has been awarded a <br />Federal Grant with respect to the construction of additions to <br />the existing sewage treatment facility; and <br />WHEREAS, the Environmental Protection Agency requires that a <br />uniform "User Charge System" be enacted, containing a certain <br />criteria; and <br />WHEREAS, this Council has adopted a policy consistent with <br />the requirements of the Enviromental Protection Agency which are <br />embodied in the subject Chapter 915. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That this Council hereby adopts a new and <br />revised Chapter 915 entitled "User Charge System" which new and <br />revised Chapter is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br />SECTION 2: That this ordinance repeals any other ordinance <br />or parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith. <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of <br />the public health, safety and welfare and for the further reason <br />that it is immediately necessary to adopt this ordinance for the <br />purpose of completing the Grant application provisions required <br />by the Enviromental Protection Agency, and further provided it <br />receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members <br />elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force <br />immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: 19B( <br />ATTEST; <br />?.
