. <br />? <br />? <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 84 -92 <br />PAGE 2 <br />SECTION 2: That consistent with the formulas established in <br />Sections 915,07 to and including Section 915.12 of the Codified <br />Ordinances the following rates apply with respect to Industrial <br />Surcharge: <br />Year UR UR <br />BOD TSS <br />1984, 1985 $0.21/lb. $0.25/lb. <br />1986 $0.23/lb. $0.27/lb. <br />1987 $0.25/lb. $0.29/lb. <br />1988 $0.26/lb. $0.31/lb. <br />1989 $0.27/lb. $0.31/lb. <br />Section 3: That consistent with the formulas established in <br />Section 917.04 of the Codified Ordinances the following rates <br />apply with respect to Industrial Pretreatment: <br />Year Cost/Industry/Year <br />1984 $410 <br />1985 $425 <br />1986 $440 <br />1987 $460 <br />1988 $480 <br />1989 $500 <br />SECTION 4: That this ordinance repeals any other ordinance <br />or parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith. <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of <br />the public health, safety and welfare and for the further reason <br />that it is immediately necessary to implement the rates as <br />estabished herein to meet the debt obligations and the increased <br />operating costs of the expanded sewage treatment facility, and <br />further provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds <br />of all members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in <br />force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor, <br />PASSED • <br />ATTEST: <br />? <br />FLORENCE CAMPBELL, CL K OF <br />COUNCIL <br />APPR D: <br />R ERT W.
