CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 85-139 <br />PAGE ELEVEN <br />SECTION 7: That there be appropriated from the Bond Retirement Sewer <br />Fund the following: <br />Bond Retirement Sewer Fund ------------------------- $ 92,000 <br />SECTION 8: That there be appropriated from the Trust and Agency Fund <br />the following: <br />Trust and Agency Fund ------------------------------ $ 25,000 <br />SECTION 9: That there be appropriated from the Facility Plan Step III <br />Fund the following: <br />Facility Plan Step III Fund ------------------------ $2,000,000 <br />SECTION 10: That the Clerk of Council shall immediately forward an <br />attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County. <br />SECTION 11: That the Finance Director is hereby authorized to draw his <br />warrants on the City Treasury for payments from any of the aforegoing <br />appropriations upon receiving proper certificates and vouchers therefore, <br />approved by the Board of Officers authorized by law to approve same, or an <br />Ordinance or Resolution of Council to make the expenditures; provided that <br />no warrants shall be drawn or paid for salaries or wages except to persons <br />employed by authority of and in accordance with law or ordinance. Provided <br />further, that the appropriations for contingencies can only be expended <br />upon approval of two-thirds vote of Council for items of expense <br />constituting a legal obligation against the City and for purposes other <br />than those covered by the other specific appropriations herein made. <br />SECTION 12: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force at <br />the earliest date permitted by Article IV, Section 12, of the Charter of <br />the City of North Olmsted. <br />PASSED: January 7, 1986
