_... .._?.?..?.,. ..?...H._.. , ..? <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 85- 137 <br />PAGE 8 <br />(2) A five (5) foot high fence may be constructed on a <br />corner lot beyond the building line in the rear yard <br />provided that the same is constructed three (3) feet <br />behind the sidewalk or right-of-way line, whichever is <br />greater, and the face of the fence is at least ninety <br />percent (90%) open. <br />(3) A fence, hedge, trees or shrubs may be placed so as <br />to constitute a fence which is not more than six (6) <br />feet high along any rear or side property line which <br />abuts a General Retail Business District, Limited <br />Industry District of Mixed Use District. <br />(I) An independent television antenna or radio tower not to <br />exceed fifty (50) feet in height and not used for <br />commercial purposes, so long as it is located in either <br />rear or side yard, attached to the gabled side of the <br />dwelling. <br />(J) In a Multiple Residence District, a detached community <br />garage providing no more than the storage space for two <br />motor vehicles for each dwelling unit located on the <br />same lot, provided no part of the same is nearer than <br />sixty (60) feet to the street line upon which the <br />multiple dwelling fronts or nearer than forty (40) feet <br />to any other street line, and further provided no repair <br />facilities may be maintained within the same and no <br />repairs except of a minor or emergency nature are made <br />therein. <br />(K) The storage of one (1) recreational vehicle. For <br />purposes of this Subsection, a recreational vehicle <br />shall include, but not be limited to a boat, travel <br />trailer or motor home. Said recreational vehicle shall <br />not be occupied or used so long as the same is stored in <br />either the rear or side yard. For purposes of this <br />Ordinance, however, any area in the front of the <br />dwelling structure shall not be considered side yard. <br />Also for purposes of this Ordinance in all instances <br />involving a corner lot said vehicle shall not be kept, <br />stored or maintained in the side yard of said corner lot <br />which abuts the street. <br />(L) Private swimming pools may be located in a Residential <br />District as an Accessory Use to a dwelling.
