CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 85- 115 <br />BY: Mayor Robert Swietyniowski <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO A <br />CONTRACT WITH THE CUYAHOUA COUNTY GENERAL HEALTH <br />DISTRICT FOR THE YEAR 1986, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, the City of North Olmsted, under O.R.C. §3709.08 is a member <br />of the General Health District of Cuyahoga County; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of North Olmsted must enter into a contract for the <br />year 1986 for health services to be performed by the Cuyahoga County Health <br />District. <br />NOW, TFIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That the Mayor be and he is hereby authorized to enter into <br />a contract, a copy of which is attached hereto and marked Exhibit "A", with <br />the Cuyahoga County General Health District to provide health services to <br />the City of North Olmsted from January 1, 1986 through December 31, 1986. <br />SECTION 2: That a copy of this Resolution shall be forwarded to the <br />Director of Finance for authority to pay semi-annual payments under the <br />provisions of this contract. <br />SECTION 3: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, <br />safety and welfare, and for the further reason that it is immediately <br />necessary for the continuity of health services to the residents of this <br />City, and further provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds <br />of all members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force <br />immediately upon its passage. <br />PASSED: ?
