<br /> <br />CITY OF iVORTH OINISTID <br />RESOLUTION N0. $5 - 113 <br />First reading: S <br />Second rea.din.g : ? <br />Thixd reading: <br />BY : (,4) " ?. <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC <br />SERVICE TO ADVERISE FOR BIDS FOR 1,000 TONS OF <br />CINDERS AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO CONTRACT FOR <br />SAME, AND DEMARING AP1 IIKERGIIVCY. <br />BE IT tZESOLUED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OIMSTID, COUNTY <br />OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO. <br />SECTION 1: That the Director of Public of Public Service be and <br />he is hereby authorized to advertise for bids for 1,000 tans of <br />cinders in accordance with specifications now on file in his office, <br />and that upon approval by the Board of Control, the Mayor is hereby <br />authorized to enter into a contract and execute the same on beha.lf <br />of the City of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />energency measure ummdiately necessary for the preservation of the <br />public health, safety and welfare, and for the further rea.son that it <br />is imnediately necessary to provide for the safe use of city streets <br />during the winter season, and further provi.ded it receives the affirmative <br />vote of two-thirds of all menbers elected to Cotmcil, it sha.ll take effect <br />and be in force hmiedi.a.tely upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSID: <br />ATTEST : <br />RFRT W.
