. <br />SEWER-REVENUE FUND <br />Administrative C.harge <br />Insurance <br />STEP II FUND <br />STREET MAINT'E1VANCE FUND <br />'I`raf f ic Signals <br />Storm Sewer Materials <br />Ctiirrent Additional New Amount <br />-0- 70,000.00 70,000.00 <br />5,500.00 33,500.00 39,000.00 <br />482.00 74,902.00 75,384.00 <br />-0- 9,300.00 9,300.00 <br />-0- 9,200.00 9,200.00 <br />SECTION 6: That the Clerk of Council shall imnediately forward an attested <br />copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County. <br />SECTION 7: That the Finance Director is hereby authorized to draw his warrants <br />on the City Treasury for payments from any of the aforegoing appropriations upon <br />receiving proper certificates and vouchers therefore, approved by the Board of <br />Officers authorized by law to approve sarm, or an Ordinance or Resolution of Council <br />to make the expenditures; provided that no warrants shall be drawn or paid for salaries <br />or wages except to persons employed by authority of and in accordance with law or <br />ordinance. Provided further that the appropriations for contingencies can only be <br />expended upon approval of two-thirds vote of Council for items of expense constituting <br />a legal obligation against the City and for purposes other than those covered by the <br />other specific appropriations herein made. <br />SECTION 8: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force at the earliest <br />date permitted by Article N, Section 12, of the Charter of the City of North Olmsted. <br />PASSID : <br />? f-19- <br />ATI'EST: <br />FWRENCE E.
