CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO. 85-104 PAGE 6 No part of the thirty (30) minutes shall be used to re- cover 6 or 8 hour bonus time, and it shall not be a part of daily or weekly overtime or weekly guarantee time. The thirty (30) minutes shall be paid at a straight-time rate. SECTION 14: Management Agreement The City of North Olmsted recognizes that by virtue of the Management Agreement that the City has with the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority, benefits paid to the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line employees cannot exceed the value of benefits paid to the employees of the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority. SECTION 15: Employee Responsibility That all employees of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line are mandated by governmental obligation to provide essential public transportation services to contracted areas and to the citizens of North Olmsted. SECTION 16: That Ordinance Number 85-3 is specifically repealed and any other ordinances o.r parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. SECTION 17: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety, and welfare, and for the further reason that it is immediately necessary to establish benefits for the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line employees to be similar with, but not exceed, benefits granted to employees of the Great- er Cleveland Regional Transit Authority, and further provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elect- ed to Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor.
