10 <br />CERTIFICATE <br />,?- - <br />WHEREAS, Don and Doris Schmidt and Alan and Pauline <br />Kaserman have submitted to North Olmsted Community Improvement <br />Corporation ("Community Improvement Corporation"), the <br />designated agency of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio (the <br />"City") pursuant to Section 1724.10, Ohio Revised Code, an <br />application for approval, for industrial development revenue <br />bond financing, of costs of acquiring, constructing, <br />rehabilitating, installing and equipping certain industrial <br />facilities for the rental, sales, and service of construction <br />equpiment, both for general contractors and homeowners, <br />including the sales of lawnmower parts and service of <br />lawnmowers, and other related items (the "Project"), which <br />application is attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br />reference; and <br />WHEREAS, Don and Doris Schmidt and Alan and Pauline <br />Kaserman have requested that the costs of the Project be <br />financed through the issuance by the County of currently <br />estimated not to exceed $450,000 in aggregate principal amount <br />of industrial development revenue bonds (in one or more series) <br />pursuant to the authority of Section 13 of Article VIII, Ohio <br />Constitution, and Chapter 165, Ohio Revised Code; and
