All unskilled laborers. <br />7. Three secretaries, assistants or clerks to the <br />Mayor, one (1) secretary to each Director or <br />Department Head, and all temporary part-time <br />office help. <br />B. The Classified Service shall comprise all positions not <br />specifically included in this Charter in the Unclassified Service. <br />SECTION 2: That if such amendment is approved by a majority of the <br />electors voting thereon at such election, it shall become effective from <br />and after the time of its approval by the electors. <br />SECTION 3: That the Clerk of Council is hereby authorized and <br />directed to cause a copy of the proposed Charter Amendment to be published <br />in such manner as may be authorized by law. <br />SECTION 4: That the Clerk of this Council be and she is hereby <br />authorized and directed to forward a certified copy of this Ordinance to <br />the Board of Elections of Cuyahoga County. <br />SECTION 5: That the Board of Elections is hereby requested to cause <br />appropriate notice of such election to be duly given in accordance with <br />law. <br />SECTION 6: That this Ordinance is hereby determined to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public <br />peace, property, health and safety of the City and for the further reason <br />that this Ordinance must be immediately effective in order to permit <br />necessary arrangements to be made in sufficient time for said election; <br />wherefore, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately <br />upon its passage. <br />PASSED: <br />ATTEST: <br />AAfa'? 6 • ?Q-r? <br />FLORENCE E.
