. .._ ..:._.. . <br />? .? :.... . . .. ...n.... ... _. .. .. . <br /> ? <br /> 1 <br />r .. if <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 85- 92 <br />PAGE 2 <br />any street or public way. <br />(8) The dedication of property or plat approval, <br />(9) The annexation or detachment of territory. <br />(10) Any legislation enacted subsequent to June 1, 1985. <br />SECTION 3: That the Clerk of Council shall post a copy of this <br />ordinance along with a copy of the 1985 Codified Ordinances in the City <br />Hall as required by Article IV, Sec. 11 of the Charter. <br />SECTION 4: That through authentication and approval of this <br />ordinance, the Mayor and Clerk shall certify that the permanent and general <br />ordinances of the City as codified therein are correctly set forth and <br />constitute the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, <br />1985. <br />SECTION 5: That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, <br />safety and welfare for the reason that is is imperative to adopt the 1985 <br />Codified Ordinances in order to avoid practical and legal entanglements, <br />and further provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all <br />members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force <br />immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: ?Jf <br />- <br />Zlfks <br />ATTEST: <br />7-' ?9( !
