r• <br />? .# <br />FISCAL OFFICER'S CERTIFICATE <br />To the Council of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio: <br />As fiscal officer of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, and <br />supplementing my certificates of September 27, 1982, September 20, 1983 and <br />July 17, 1984, I certify in connection with your proposed issue of $3,050,000 <br />notes (the Notes) in anticipation of the issuance of bonds (the Bonds) for the <br />purpose of constructing, furnishing and equipping a combined bus garage, <br />service garage and municipal administration building and improving the site <br />thereof, that: <br />1. The estimated life or usefulness of the improvement described <br />above is at least five years. <br />2. The maximum maturity of the Bonds, calculated in accordance with <br />Section 133.20 of the Revised Code, is twenty years. If notes in anticipation <br />of the Bonds are outstanding for a period in excess of five years from the <br />date of the original issue of notes, the period in excess of five years shall <br />be deducted from that maximum maturity of the Bonds. <br />3. The maximum maturity of the Alotes is November 10, 2002, which is <br />twenty years from November 10, 1982, the date of the original notes issued for <br />this purpose, provided that their maximum maturity is one year if the Notes <br />are sold at private sale. <br />Dated: 3 , 1985 <br />?._.. ?? <br />Director of inance <br />City of North Olmsted, 0 0
