i? <br />S JOB TITLE: SENIOR BUILDING MAINTENANCE <br />Responsible to: Building A4aintenance Foreman <br />I - <br />, Characteristic duties: <br />Cleaning of floors, windows, normal housekeeping activities, <br />yard work. Employees in this classification must be familiar <br />with basic building nomenclature, including but not limited <br />to, structural, electrical, heating, air conditioning and <br />ventilation systems, due to work experience and/or educational <br />training. <br />Employees in this classification must have the ability to <br />select and skillfully use the proper tools with accuracy and <br />precision under the supervision of the Building Maintenance <br />Foreman who will give detailed assistance on complex work <br />assignments. However, routine work shall be performed with <br />initiative, independe:nt of close supervision. <br />Work will be reviewed for proper performance and adequacy of <br />results. <br />EXHIBIT B-5 <br />-49-
