SINAGRA TO SERVE AS OUR REPRESENTATIVE <br />TO THE CUYAHOGA COUNTY 9-1-1 PLANNING <br />COMMITTEE <br />WHEREAS, The Cuyahoga County Board of Commissioners have <br />established a five member 9-1-1 planning committee pursuant <br />to section 4931.32 of the Ohio Revised Code and, <br />WHEREAS, said section prescribes that one member of the <br />9-1-1 planning committee shall be "The Chief Executive Officer <br />of a municipal corporation in the County, selected by the <br />majority of the legislative authorities of municipal corp- <br />orations in the County pursuant to resolutions they adopt." and, <br />WHEREAS, this committee must begin functioning by July 31, <br />1985 or before. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That this Council selects Lakewood Mayor <br />Anthony C. Sinagra, President of the Cuyahoga County Mayors <br />and City Managers Association, as its representative to the <br />aforementioned 9-1-1 planning committee. <br />SECTION 2: That the Clerk be and she is hereby directed <br />to forward a copy of this Resolution to Melvin B.
