StidIETYNIOWSKI, MAYOR <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHNG RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR <br />VARIOUS ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGISLATIVE PERSONNEL FOR <br />THE YEAR 1985, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, it j§ the desire of this Council to establish pay ranges as <br />well as various fringe benefits for administrative and legislative <br />personnel. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, SE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHGOA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the following salary ranges are hereby established <br />for administrative and legislative personnel of the City of North Olmsted: <br />FROM <br />A. Mayor <br />B. Director of Public Service <br />C. Director of Public Safety <br />D. Administrative Assistant <br />E. PBX Operator/Reception <br />TO <br />$35,800 Annually <br />$18,000 $37,000 Annually <br />$18,000 $33,000 Annually <br />$21,000 Annually <br />$12,000 Annually <br />SECTION 2: That the following salary ranges are hereby established <br />for employees of the Department of Law: <br />FROM TO <br />A. Director of Law <br />B. Assistant Director of Law <br />(Civil) <br />C. Assistant Director of Law <br />(Prosecutor) <br />D. Assistant Prosecutor <br />$29,000 Annually <br />$10,000 $14,633 Annually <br />$ 8,049 Annually <br />$ 3,500 <br />$ 5.00 $ 6.71 Per Hour <br />E. Law Clerk <br />F. In addition, the Prosecutor and Assistant Prosecutor shall receive <br />compensation in the anount of $32.17 for each Not Guilty Plea attended to <br />on the behalf of the City during the period. <br />G. The Director of Finance is authorized and directed to pay to the <br />Director of Law for secretarial services and other general office expenses, <br />the sum of $10,772.60.
