I ,....?... « . .._. .. . . .,..?.... . ... . :.... . . . _ <br />? <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 85- 68 <br />BY : A4- fdL-7,t-, <br />AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE AMENDMENT OF THE ZONE MAP <br />OF ThE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, WHICH ZONE MAP IS PART OF <br />THE ZONING CODE OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, BY <br />CHANGING THE PREMISES HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED FROM GENERAL <br />RETAIL BUSINESS DISTRICT TO SINGLE RESIDENCE B DISTRICT. <br />WHEREAS, it appears that the Zoning Code that applies to the below <br />described real property is improper under the conditions presently existing <br />and inadequate for the development and use of this land; and <br />WHEREAS, after a careful consideration, the planning Commission of the <br />City, on the 9th day of Ju ly , 1985, recommended approval of <br />the change of the district herein specified. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That after submission of this Ordinance to the Planning <br />Commission of this City for its opinion and recommendation, and after a <br />Public Hearing hereon, notice of which has been given pursuant to Section <br />14 of Article IV of the Charter of the City, entitled "The Council - <br />Enactment of Zoning Ordinance and Regulations, Notice", and after its <br />passage pursuant to the Charter of this City, and its approval by the Mayor <br />of the City of North Olmsted, the Zone Map of North Olmsted is hereby <br />amended and as amended be and the same is hereby revised by changing the <br />zoning of the following described parcel of land from General Retail <br />Business District to Single Residence B District: <br />Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of <br />Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, and known as being part of <br />Original Olrnsted Township Lot No. 11 Tract 6, and <br />bounded and described as follows: <br />Commencing at the intersection of the centerline of <br />Lorain Road, 80 ieet wide, with the centerline of <br />Stearns Road; Thence South 56° 47' 27" West along the <br />centerline of Lorain Road a distance of 331.21 feet to a <br />point; Thence North 33° 12' 33" West a distance of <br />340.00 feet to the principal place of beginning of land <br />herein described; Thence South 56° 47' 27" West a <br />distance of 211.71 feet to the Easterly line of a parcel <br />of land conveyed to Anne M. Predovic by deed as recorded <br />in Volume 13607, Page 685 of Cuyahoga County deed <br />records; Thence North 21° 35' 43" West along said <br />Easterly line a distance of 163.34 feet to a point; <br />Thence North 56° 47' 27" East a distance of 601.35 feet <br />to the Westerly line of a parcel of land conveyed to <br />Kacirelc Enterprises by deed as recorded in Volume 15692, <br />Paoe 117 of Cuyahoga County deed records; Thence South <br />4° 26' 56" East along said Westerly line a distance of <br />182.51 feet to a point; Thence South 56° 47' 27" West a <br />distance of 334.70 feet to the principal place of <br />beginning be the same more or less but subject to all <br />legal highways.
