., Ord `nce No. 85-64 <br />. <br />FISCAL OFFICER'S CERTIFICATE <br />To the Council of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio: <br />As fiscal officer of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, I certify in <br />connection with your proposed issue of $480,000 notes (the Notes) in anticipa- <br />tion of the issuance of bonds (the Bonds) for the purpose of improving Gessner <br />Road and Barton Road between certain termini by grading, draining, resurfacing <br />with asphaltic concrete, installing driveway culverts and reconstructing berms <br />and driveway aprons, together with the necessary appurtenances thereto, and <br />Elder Drive, Magnolia Drive, Spruce Drive, Aspen Drive, Holly Drive, Cyprus <br />Drive and Maplehurst Road between certain termini by reconstructing curbs, <br />catch basins and the pavement base, where necessary, and resurfacing with <br />asphaltic concrete, together with the necessary appurtenances thereto, that: <br />1. The estimated life or usefulness of the improvement described <br />above is at least five years. <br />2. The maximum maturity of the Bonds, calculated in accordance with <br />Section 133.20 of the Revised Code, is twenty years. If notes in anticipation <br />of the Bonds are outstanding for a period in excess of five years from the <br />date of the original issue of notes, the period in excess of five years shall <br />be deducted from that maximum maturity of the Bonds. <br />3.
